Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Bertindak Pembangunan Kerajaan Tempatan, Perumahan dan Pengangkutan negeri, J. Arul Kumar berkata, pembelian secara dalam talian itu tentu lebih mudah dan tidak mengambil masa yang lama buat pengguna. Beliau berkata demikian bagi mengulas mengenai terdapat rungutan pengguna dan penumpang bas laluan Seremban-Kuala Lumpur semalam yang terpaksa beratur panjang ketika membeli tiket di kaunter jualan tiket berpusat di situ.
“Semua operator bas ekspres memerlukan maklumat penumpang mereka, nama dan nombor telefon sahaja sebagai rekod. Laluan Seremban-Kuala Lumpur ini termasuk dalam perkhidmatan bas ekspres, bukannya bas henti-henti, oleh itu proses mengambil maklumat penumpang perlu dilakukan.
