PTPTN will be conducting an online survey, from May 16 to June 13, to obtain feedback on ideas to improve PTPTN’s loan sustainability.
The Port Dickson MP was responding to PTPTN chairman Wan Saiful Wan Jan’s statement earlier today, indicating that he may propose to reintroduce the travel ban for defaulters if the people are in favour of it. “I agree with the people contributing views . But I hope these views will result in a decision that won’t put too much pressure on defaulters,” he told reporters after a breaking-of-fast event with several Muslim NGOs.
Anwar added that while he supports the will of the people, he is of the view that they will not agree with harsh actions.
Agreed. Neither is travel ban headlines. Work out a fair repayment scheme based on income and implement it. Deductions from salary. So those not working will not be burden. Ridiculous that we still debating this matter. Act!
