1. Ban the children of the loan defaulters from borrowing PTPTN 2. Ban defaulters from taking car loan n housing loan 3. PTPTN uses merit n only for B40 4. Defaulters last 4 I.C. digits displayed in the paper/on the web.

No - since it was promised in manifesto. Yes - after GE15 & when the economy recovers sufficiently. Also, if govt wishes to provide additional cash subsidy, then divert the eligible amount to help settle PTPTN.

SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED. REMIND THEM OF THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO OTHER DESERVING CASES.

So manifesto pre pru14 is just a gimmick la....
