A question raised by a commissioner triggered EFF leader Julius Malema to slam a judge for “not knowing basic concepts”, causing a tense moment.

Judge Mpho Catherine Mamosebo is the only candidate contesting to be a judge member at the electoral court as the Judicial Service Commission looks to fill positions in the country's superior courts.

Commissioner and attorney Ettiene Barnard asked her, “If there is a dispute regarding the counting of votes and seriously linked to irregularity, what sort of relief can be given by the electoral court?” When the candidate replied, Barnard felt her answer was inadequate and Malema slammed her for being unprepared.

crimemind3 This Flip Flopper Slamming Judges!!!!

Targeting the white person again. Leave the law to the pros and not to this Gucci

These judges are deciding on important matters but are limited in the understanding of acts. Even an ANC councillor knows the difference between by elections and when it takes place and rerun. We lose cases because of judges not knowing what the law says

The CIC is the man to move SA forward. Here was a gangster judge who did not even know that there is judge-made-law. The CIC is not a lawyer but humiliated a judge. Some of these blokes don't even know what they are doing. We need a system of parliamentary sovereignty.

I am prepared

You're selling this guy too much ,and guess he doesn't make sense anymore we see a thug

Malema doesn't hold any punches. Know one once to answer why do we jail a 80 old . CIC Julius_S_Malema 🤣🤣🤣

LISTEN | ‘You came unprepared’ — Malema slams electoral court candidateA question raised by a commissioner triggered EFF leader Julius Malema to slam a judge for “not knowing basic concepts”, causing a tense moment. How can a person who struggled to pass woodwork get to humiliate judges. This won’t happen in any other country. They won’t even allow him to watch over their vows in the field. Malema must be suspended indefinitely from this and similar councils immediately!! I might not be a legal guru but from my background as HR Professional it's unethical to disclose one's impressions to applicant during interview process. The impressions of panelists are normally disclosed and discussed once the interview process of all applicants is concluded

LISTEN | Wrong forum: Raise that in parliament, not here, candidate tells MalemaEFF leader Julius Malema asked judge Elias Matojane, who ruled Jacob Zuma’s parole to be unlawful, how society would benefit if an 80-year-old man was incarcerated. Absolutely no accountability iow .. 🙄🫤 Julius Malema is a proxy of Jacob Zuma in that platform. The JSC will soon receive a complaint about his conduct. Once the court rules in favour of a complainant, it will be the end of him in that Commission. 80+ year old Nazi bigwigs are still being pursued in Argentina 77 years after WW2 and prosecuted. Age is not an excuse to do state capture. What the EFF leader is doing by his remark is only to further affirm the president's guilt.

Satan Jacob Zuma is a convicted criminal. Juliarse Malema has got a few smarties missing. It would show that no one is above the law. It will hound you down until your dying days. Benefit shall be that law is to be respected even by the politicians

We’d sleep a lot better knowing that justice has been served. He should be there for life - which in Crocodile is another 40 years for him Malema is correct, it's foolishness to do so disregarding the fact that Zuma also fought for freedom; humiliating him like this in his old age is evil. De Klerk was allowed to enjoy his retirement despite him committing worse crimes than Zuma. RET and EFF to get married soon, if not already...
