Just put him out of his misery already.

Thank goodness!

The sentence should be carried out

cruel & unusual punishment usually not permitted

helenprejean one tiny successful step So sad he’s suffered Solitary is horrible horrible torture

Meanwhile, his victim, Julius Schulte, is still dead.

Why have we made it a practice to reward criminals and overlook victims. Because his health status changed DOES NOT mean the fact that he did the crime changed. Seriously what happened to enforcing the law?

It’s inhumane to sentence someone to death that does not remember their crimes. How can he assist in his own legal defense if new evidence was brought forward? At this point a state senior home is where he should be sent to.

A change in health status should not change the sentencing-there was a time, place, and reason this man got what he got...legally and logistically

Where was the Supreme Court when he took this man’s life What about justice for him

Depends for what you were convicted for. if he murdered someone, I dont care and there is no sympathy.

Dietitian advice. There are things you need to have in your diet. Seaweeds( iodine) , garlic, turmeric, nutmeg..... you need them. Cannabis.

Thirty-three years of solitary confinement is an atrocity.

What about infanticide? Save the old denentia, kill the newborn innocent. Wow!

Victory? They want him to pay for his crimes in the most horrific way possible. Being mentally ill in a penitentiary. It is simply inhumane.

Supreme Court seems to seek narrow way to uphold cross that memorializes war deadIs the Bladensburg Peace Cross unconstitutional or a secular honor to World War I heroes? It's shameful that liberals want to tear down monuments celebrating dead veterans. They will start with Robert E Lee, then come for Washington and Jefferson and will eventually tear down Arlington. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, OR PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. 1A (2/2). Congress published copies of Jefferson's Bible for first time in 1904. Since, Bibles have been used customarily as gifts for recently sworn-in members of Congress. Aside from its nature as a philosophical text, Bibles have provided useful insight into mind of Jefferson.
