Detectives investigating the death of a railway ticket officer who died of coronavirus after being spat at are taking no further action.
I'm a railway worker and have had colleagues spat at (and hit). We have spit kits to collect samples and people have been prosecuted after the event. I'm guessing here there was doubt about whether spit was actually directed at her.
Sad is all these pathetic comments just because many read headlines and put two and two together come up with 6 before reading the article... he did not cause her death he did not have covid 19
Charged with what .. he didn’t have covid .. read the facts ... spitting is wrong yes very much so not defending him by any means but evidence and fact is what you need
