Police officers who arrested George Floyd should face the death penalty for his murder, the victim's brother said.
It's absolutely shocking and tragic that in 2020, police in the US still treat people of colour so abysmally and think they themselves are above the law. The officer should be tried for Murder 1 not 3 & the officers who held the man down are accomplices imho!

Minnesota abolished the death penalty in 1911. Unless the federal government presses charges for civil rights violations (and don't count on this administration to do that) the cop won't get death.
