The sister of George Floyd, the black man killed by police in Minneapolis after an incident captured on video in which an officer knelt on his neck as he lay on the ground, has called for those involved in his death to be charged with murder.

I'm not too familiar with how things usually go down in the U.S., but isn't it clear that at least one of them WILL be charged with murder? I mean, I don't think much of the country as it is, but if there's no conviction for these murderers it's even more fucked up than I thought
From out of USA i have one question: is that the usual police technic to hold on one person pin down?. I mean, such kind of pressure on the neck (70 kg) ?!. Because, yes, it seems the correct it if you want to kill someone. Humans beings rights...know them.
