Liverpool Restaurant Week takes place from April 22 to April 28 and a restaurant serving the "nicest afternoon tea" is taking part.
After taking a quick look at the reviews online, I was excited to try it out, as many people saying it was “lovely” and “the nicest afternoon tea have ever had”. But it wasn’t all sweet, as there were also a selection of sandwiches, my favourite of which being the beef and horseradish, as I thought it was a perfect savoury compliment to the rest of the food. Other rave reviews on Google seem to agree with me, with one person saying: “The savoury options were just as good as the sweets, and the setting was just as beautiful as the food!”
