In cooperation with the Fire and Rescue Department, the Friends of Childhood Cancer Northern-M provided a 15-minute helicopter “ride” for Muhamad Firas Haziq Samsol, a bone cancer patient, and Nurul Umairah Abd Rahman, a brain cancer patient. Although they were not taken on a flight in the helicopter, all three, especially Muhammad Firas Haziq and Nurul Umairah, were excited about the treat.“I was excited and woke up at 5am to experience the helicopter ride today,” said Nurul Umairah, who is from Pendang, Kedah.
