Premier Gladys Berejiklian has announced face masks will be mandatory 'at all times' and movement restricted to a five kilometre radius for residents within the eight high-risk LGAs in Greater Sydney after a record number of COVID-19 cases.

The cap on travel will take effect from midnight on Friday and will apply to “singles bubbles” – meaning people who live alone within the eight LGAs will only be able to welcome a visitor from within the five kilometre radius into their home.

We’re receiving and seeing too much evidence of people who aren’t wearing masks when they need to, or if they are outdoors they’re coming into contact with other people and not wearing a mask.” "Based on those numbers we can only assume that things are likely to get worse before they get better given the quantum of people infectious in the community," she said.

Because they are dropping like flies? LOL Or because you need the commonwealth jab payments Glady? Will she be offering it the students, or giving it to them? It would be a lot safer to give them Treatment from FLCCC that works and gives them protection straight away. Than something with unknown long term problems, I’m not anti vacation but these are kids for gods sake
