The Morrison Government has reportedly banned right-wing provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos from visiting Australia.

Mr Yiannopoulas’s visa application has reportedly been denied by the Home Affairs Department on grounds he does not pass Australia’s character test.

The US-based speaker has recently courted controversy for sending threatening messages to reporters which say, ‘I can’t wait for the vigilant squads to start gunning journalists down on sight’.

WTF I thought that the Liberals standed for free speech

I’m suprise how many people find this acceptable! I guess we the peasants oops I mean people aren’t smart enough to make up our own minds!

What utter garbage

Next there will be government funded ‘Safe Places’ for the dear little petals who can’t cope with different opinions and free speech! 🤯🤯🤯🤯

Milo is actually a now they will ban all comedians.Dutton is the only comedian out all this . Australians can ban him by voting him out

Maybe we should protest ‘en masse’ at every lefty, Islamic, labor invited speaker who arrives in the country? Violent protests seem to work! 😡

Bolt et al will be having a royal sook about the unfair discrimination of this one!

ScottMorrisonMP you are kidding me? You have sunk to the depths of the left. The conservatives may not win the next election but many of your voters will jump ship to them. Between the Shit Show Labor Party & the Socialist Liberals the conservatives are looking really good now.

BIG mistake

ScottMorrisonMP, this is the kind of leadership we needed from a conservative leader supporting the right to freedom of speech:

The violent mob dictate to our PM. Is that our future ScottMorrisonMP ?

does that make Australia anti Semitic or are the rules made up as you go?

ausool So they should! Ppl in U.S salivate over other countries 'interfering' their politics yet U.S meddle directly in the politics of other countries, even to extent of regime change, and we have had a gut full of the extreme right nutters coming here to influence opinion.

He was probably too left wing for some of sky’s commentators

...but having sarahinthesen8 in the Senate is totally ok?

Just wrong !!

Not fair. Yet moslem extremists are ok?

I love Milo

Just call him a radical Muslim preacher and the Australian govt will welcome him with open arms

Soooooooooooo? GENDER DIVERSITY - OK? DIVERSITY OF IDEAS - BAD? 2+2=5 IS TRUE 1984 = NOW

Morrison Government bans free speech There, I fixed it for you...

What has Australia become? Are all Australians that stupid that we need a government to decide who we can or can't listen to? Are we not able to make our own decisions so the Morrison government has to ban people so nobody can hear them? ARE WE NOW A DICTATORSHIP? auspol

Add another half a million conservative votes to the PaulineHansonOz column. Why are you so weak and clueless about the underground conservative movement ScottMorrisonMP? Milo is NOT the enemy! You will find greater enemies of the Australian people everyday on the ABC!

Gotta love freedom of speech...

Outstanding!

R.I.P free speech.

Shame on ScottMorrisonMP and PeterDutton_MP freespeech freemilo

WRONG

First David Icke and now Milo Yiannopoulos. I don’t follow either but what is the ScottMorrisonMP government doing trying to control speech in a free speech country. This should be a concern for all Australians.

How dangerous is he?This is stupid.

If Milo can’t come here to talk why the hell is that Islam dude allowed to come here and incite hate towards the west

We don't need any more ultra ringers in Australia,we have Sky,One Nation, Katter, half of the liberals, Anning and of course Reclaim Australia.😩

WTF but let that Muslim hate preacher in ScottMorrisonMP doing yourself no favours

Counter productive, nanny state move. When the population is educated and infantilized by a patronizing and controlling elite, they rebel.

Milo is a tremendous dill but banning entry due to controversy makes you an even larger dill.

The Police state is now in effect. No dissenting opinions will be tolerated. Discussion of all ideas will be outlawed.

He says things to create controversy... we all know that... but I wonder if a far left, or just a left, person whom had pronounced the same thing would be also banned 🤔

Fast running out of nails to put on the LNP coffin. This is not a conservative govt. They're just worried about the lefties

That is a disgrace. Allow Muslim hate preachers in but not right wing speakers. Australia has its priorities about face.

Which is ridiculous when Milo Yiannopoulos already came to Australia in 2017. It shows Coalition Government & Labor Opposition aren't that different. Australia is becoming like the UK. We are copying George Orwell's 1984. Banning People for their Opinions isn't Liberal at all.

Outrageous

But some ranting, Australian hating Moslem Cleric tours Australia giving hate speeches...What’s going on!

ScoMo has banned Milo from Australia, why, because ScoMo the scumbag doesn't like to hear the truth. So much for freedom of speech.

Why? He is not a danger to us.

Wtf

ScottMorrisonMP Unbelievable stupidity !!!!!!!

margo694 I am surprised that the LiberalAus didn't invite Milo to one of their TheIPA meetings, the agenda and conversations would be much the same.... auspol

Big mistake...huge

Why?
