Leader of Katter’s Party Australia RobKatter3 says “if you want an economy run on happy thoughts”, then go and vote for the Greens, but if “you want to pay the bills at hospitals, schools and universities”, you need to think somewhere else.

Leader of Katter’s Party Australia Robbie Katter says “if you want an economy run on happy thoughts”, then go and vote for the Greens, but if “you want to pay the bills at hospitals, schools and universities”, you need to think somewhere else. “I don’t know how anyone could even contemplate voting for the Greens in this election," Mr Katter told Sky News host Paul Murray. “It’s been really disappointing the apathy, or the sympathetic attitude of both the major parties.

Liberal have put Greens ahead of Labor in all 93 seats here in Queensland, and Labor have always been holding hands, and hugging, kissing, cuddling the Greens every step of the way in terms of policy.” Mr Katter said the Greens' recent comment that they “believe in a bit of mining”, was “absolute nonsense”. “Call yourselves what you are and be who you are,” he said. “That generates that distaste for politicians and modern-day politics, they’re trying to be something they’re not.
