There were too few to begin with. Many missed out.

Easy don’t park illegally
People issuing parking tickets are lower than a snakes belly at that time of night.some are warranted during the day but only lowlife would do the job.
Dan signed it, did he? Crikey.
I really appreciate the service health care workers are currently providing to the society in these difficult circumstances. May be gov can create and approve a display sign “health care worker” for health care workers , to help parking meter inspector to identify.
Well the officer issuing the ticket wouldn't know you r a Dr. I'm sure the officer wouldn't do that otherwise. Council should issue special free parking permit for health care professionals working front line. No need to be so passive aggressive.
appreciate for the work you have done. we could raise the money to cover your fine to say thank you.But law is law ,everyone is equal.
Should not have to pay
Well how are the parking meter inspectors supposed to know you were working at the hospital. They did the right thing and revoked your fine, yet still no praise for the council
This is all kinds of wrong. Shouldnt the doctor have on site parking? More importantly how the fuck is handing out a parking ticket an essential service?!!
Should never have happened.
Send it to Scott Morrison with a please explain. Don’t pay it! You should get FREE parking as should all our front line workers. Thank you so much for your tireless work.🙏
Hahaha then everyone from tradies, lawyers, kitchen hands and sh*t should also get to have a ride on their fines cause they working just as hard and their job is just as important!
How's that story coming along from the request to hear from all the those victims? 😆
It makes me feel sick that healthcare workers, cancer patients, loved one's who are visiting a sick friend or relative has to pay for the privilege to park near the hospital. An absolute farce..
Wow, so that's how you say thank you to those saving lives! You only think of money.
Bastards 🤦♂️
All front line workers are being given parking permits. If they're not displayed, how's the ranger supposed to know? Obviously with respect and empathy to doctors, all parking fines should be revoked but displaying permits will stop fines being given in the first place.
Agree with comments that parking inspectors shouldn’t be out right now but also tired of the victim playing. This person is a doctor, smart enough to read a parking sign, smug enough to think it didn’t apply to them.
Fined for MALPRACTICE..
Not that we don't appreciate your work but how are the inspectors meant to know you on shift
Appeal you were at work savings lives I paid the bill if you can't ..parking inspectioner need to being sack for not doing the right thing
You should have free parking . All doctors and nurses free parking
Is it legal to work that long? That has to be illegal right?
Submit it to your employer. Surely they will pick up the tab.
What’s worst, parking inspectors or bank brokers?
Who knows if it's a doctor. Who cares if you are a doctor or not follow the rules
Make a formal complaint, I'm sure they will dismiss this fine for you when you explain the situation doctor.
Disgusting
I’m sure it will be waived as it should be

Oh get over it, like the parking inspector knows what you been through. Just a write a letter a fine will be waived .
Send it to Dan Andrews to pay for it!
That's disgusting
I've always thought real estate agents used car salesman were the lowest add parking inspectors to them none thinking fools
Is it not coincidental, that in every single country during the wave, msm creates EXACTLY the same story... hospital worker and parking ticket.. yes, sympathy if story is true.. yet they spin the same story narrative all around the world..🧐
Lucky you got a job , and a car. Cry me a river.
Can we all chip in and pay this please?
How was the ticketing inspect to know she was a Dr
Why are the parking folks out and about AT ALL? Suspend the restrictions FFS and send the Parking Officers home. They are NOT ESSENTIAL! Sheesh! Note: who exactly did they THINK was parking outside a hospital for 14 hours?
56 hours his hourly rate= he won’t struggle to pay it ☺️, but thoughts and prayers to him and his family
Yet you still found time to go to the media and seek attention about it.
Medics should not have to pay for parking at hospitals!
City council vultures
