A child has died and at least four people have been injured following a truck crash at Menangle, in Sydney's south-west.
Emergency services were called to a rest area southbound on the Hume Highway just after 3pm on Friday, following reports a B-double had crashed into several parked cars.The injured were treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital.A woman is in a critical condition while the others are reported to be in a serious but stable condition.
