US District Judge Anthony Trenga sent her back to jail on Thursday and said that if she did not comply with the subpoena she would after 30 days be fined $US500 a day. If she continued to refuse to testify after 60 days the fine would go up to $US1,000 a day, a law enforcement official and a spokesman for her attorneys said."Attempting to coerce me with a grand jury subpoena is not going to work. I will not cooperate with this or any other grand jury," Manning said before entering the courthouse for the hearing.
