Naspers has found a permanent replacement for Bob van Dijk, with the new CEO leading one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Brazil.

Bloisi will join the Naspers board as an executive director on 1 July and the Prosus board following the AGM in August 2024, subject to shareholder approval.

He has a degree in Computer Science from the State University of Campinas and an MBA from the Getulio Vargas Foundation .
