Prosus and Naspers appointed Fabricio Bloisi as chief executive officer, replacing interim CEO Ervin Tu.

Naspers and Prosus have appointed Fabricio Bloisi as chief executive officer , effective 1 July 2024.Bloisi joins the company after holding the CEO position at iFood, which he acquired in 2013 when it was a 20-person start-up.“Backing exceptional entrepreneurs who improve people’s everyday lives through technology has brought us some success over the years,” said chairman of Prosus and Naspers , Koos Bekker.

He added that Tu, as president and CIO, will play a fundamental role in shaping Naspers’ future strategy, investments, and capital allocation. “It is an honour to be given the opportunity to lead Prosus and Naspers during a very exciting period of innovation and change within the technology space,” he said.
