Joe is a kindly, earnest guy, who believes most people are innately good. THAT is where to find an impression of him. nbcsnl’s writers have to learn this. I'm not sure if I like Jim Carrey playing Biden. Something rubs me the wrong way with it. I love him as a comedian, I love his art work, I love the look he has as Biden, but something just seems off to me. I feel he is playing Biden as somewhat of a fool.
