Things could have ended much worse for a family's dog had it not been for a pane of glass stopping a hungry mountain lion from making it dinner.

The video, taken by a woman in Colorado, shows her dog named Dash frozen in fear as the mountain lion spots it from outside. The mountain lion seems puzzled by the barrier, trying different ways to get in, even tapping on the glass with its paw. You can hear the fear in the woman's voice as she records and tries to get Dash away from the door, without any luck. The dog is clearly terrified, not moving.

It happened also with a dog I was pet sitter for couple of years ago in Westlake Village ,Ca. It was in the local Acorn newspaper photo of P-95 thumping and scratching the back patio glass door looking at little terrier inside .

Now the little dog is like I want to play 😍 the bobcat is like I want to eat you 🤯

🦁

The cat must have been from Wuhan

Window shopping a future dinner date. Dish called dash

Dash ain’t no punk lady lol

Why didn't the stupid woman just go grab the dog and pull it away from the window? She was too busy thinking how i can videotape this and sell it to TMZ

TMZ would of have more hits for the video if the Lion jumped through the glass and mauled the dog and then the family

Whoa

More terrifying is the woman and her supreme dog training skills. How about you pick up the dog which at the same time probably scares said mountain lion away.

Am I watching the same video as all of you? The lion was playfully pawing at the glass. A snuggle could have broken out just as easily

Clearly not terrified, as he is wagging his tail at the Cat. I hate you TMZ you always blow things out of proportion for clicks.

Things could be much worse for every asshole who ever went to a zoo had it not been for the steel bars…

_DelaMan Mountain Lion:

this dog is incredible, BOSS, doesn't give a fuck, no fear

Total overreaction by the woman. The cat was just seeing if the dog wanted to go hang out

The dog wasn't even scared. Wagged his tail almost the wjole time. Geesh!

It’s ‘really hard,’ experts say.The charges brought against Jennifer and James Crumbley in connection with the Oxford High School shooting are not the norm.
