The police are court officers and the American justice system is incapable of fairly judging itself.
Agreed, police officers aren't trained properly and it varies from state to state. Roads are different, weather is different, and people are different. So we can't call police criminals, they defend the constitution still. I just believe that police should be appointed by mayors.
