Biden's SCOTUS commission releases initial findings. Progressives aren't happy..thereidout Blog: The U.S. Supreme Court is an institution making decisions that have real, disastrous impact right now. Contrary to the commission’s findings, Americans can’t afford to wait for reform in years to come. Change is needed now. thereidout I’m ok with term limits, let’s start with congress, senate, and then we can get around to the Supreme Court thereidout Actually the most pernicious element right now is you & people like you; propagating lies. Under the 'US' Constitution scotus has no legislative process or role in the legislative process. Separation of powers means courts do not make or invalidate law. thereidout How many commissions do we need? They are ineffective, cost money and time are influenced by numerous factors and are not in tune with the real world. We need a neutral non political , no religion affiliated Supreme Court as our democracy is at stake

We left our feet of the gas in 2016 and let a psychopath become President. In 2021, we are continuing to see the effects of it. In just 4 years, trump (with the help of McConnell and all Republicans) has done damage that will effect us for at least the next 20 years.
