Ryanair said it will carry around 1 million fewer passengers this year because of the delayed MAX aircraft

Ryanair Holdings PLC, Europe’s largest budget airline and the region’s largest customer for Boeing Co.’s 737 MAX jets, warned its annual profit would be dented by the plane’s global grounding.

Ryanair said profit for the financial year ended March 31 fell to €885 million , despite a 7% increase in sales to €7.7 billion. Profitability was hit by a 6% slump in average fares and €139.5 million in costs associated with getting Austrian carrier Lauda running after Ryanair bought the airline in 2018.

FAA chief says pilot decisions contributed to Boeing 737 MAX crashes“There are so many pieces to any accident,” Daniel K. Elwell said. “I’ve never looked at an accident where there weren’t three or four of five links in the chain, any one of which, if it hadn’t gone wrong, the plane would have survived.” Trump got to FAA. Any flight system that confuses pilots with 1000s of hours of experience is clearly inadequate. Who's manipulating BA stock price? Real easy to blame the dead man.... No pilot should ever step into another one.
