Reducing screen time for a week could ease sleep problems in teenagers linked to electronic devices, according to a study.

A group of 55 Dutch adolescents aged between 12 to 17 years old were categorized into frequent screen users, at 4 hours per day, and infrequent, at 1 hour per day. Teenagers who used devices frequently slept 30 minutes later on average, and were more likely to wake up at night, compared with low-level users.

The study is being presented at the European Society of Endocrinology annual meeting, ECE 2019 and therefore hasn’t been published in a peer-reviewed journal. In the long term, Stevens warns poor sleep is linked with an increased risk of developing conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. “If we can introduce simple measures now to tackle this issue, we can avoid greater health problems in years to come," Stevens said.

Until now, live-streamed killings seemed like something we could all agree to be against. But Trump apparently believes there's a bigger social-media problem.Give me your poor, your shadow bans, and your hostile screenshots. BI ‘seems’ to be in the business of conjectures rather than news. Political views & killings relationship to free speech or censorship is viewed only by the US as having any correlation. Well if they missed the euphoric market then yes, but company fundamentals are awefull . How has this goofball become an authority on anything? He sold his buddies company for billions and bought an NBA team. That's all crap. He's an investor in LYFT, so... Uber came out at a decent valuation but on a bad day in the market. Lyft came out grossly over-valued and was punished by the Street. TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STORIES and Mark is riding in the WRONG CAR.
