DALLAS — DFW International Airport is increasing itsParking rates will increase by between $2 and $5 per day, including a $3-per-day increase for people passing through the airport “to support ongoing infrastructure and service enhancements,” the airport said.
The daily terminal parking rates will increase from $27 per day to $32 per day, the express covered parking rate will increase from $18 to $21, express uncovered rates will go from $15 to $18, remote rates will go from $12 to $14, valet rates will go from $40 to $45, and the pass-through rate will go from $6 to $9.
The cost of picking someone up or dropping someone off at the airport remains unchanged at $2 for cars on the premises between 8 and 30 minutes. The airport is planning more than $500 million in roadway and parking projects over the next few years, including the International Parkway project that will transition access to several terminals with right-hand exit bridges, and the reconstruction and renovation of Terminal C’s parking garages and associated roadways.Earlier this year, the airport’s board and operations committee
with Innovation Next+ of Irving for up to $914,026,758 for the design and construction of a new, sixth terminal – Terminal F, south of Terminal D.
