Man charged with playing nurse, performing exams on more than a dozen unsuspecting women

by LENNY COHEN | The National Desk Ramon Garcia faces charges including aggravated indecent assault, invasion of privacy, indecent assault without consent, harassment–lewd/lascivious acts, impersonating a license holder , wiretap violations for the illegal use of his cellphone, and possessing an instrument of crime, April 12, 2024.

The district attorney’s office outside Philadelphia said Ramon Garcia was “assaulting and harassing women under the guise of performing medical exams or tests.”Since then, a dozen more victims called police.

“Garcia also gave his phone number to multiple patients and made inappropriate comments about them and their bodies.”They include aggravated indecent assault, invasion of privacy, indecent assault without consent, harassment–lewd/lascivious acts, impersonating a license holder , wiretap violations for the illegal use of his cellphone, and possessing an instrument of crime.He has not been released from the Montgomery County Correctional Facility.

Anyone else who thinks they may have been a victim is asked to call Abington Township police at 267-536-1102.
