Starting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, the Piedmont Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a series of measures to implement Piedmont’s sixth cycle housing element. At the meeting, the commission will be asked to make a recommendation to the City Council on proposed revisions to the city’s zoning ordinance, amendments to the city’s General Plan and environmental review for housing element implementation.

The council discussed the proposed measures at their Nov. 20 and Dec. 18 meetings and will hold a public hearing to consider adopting these measures at their Feb. 20 meeting.
