Wait wait... So if you collect less taxes and those incremental dollars go to sources that just hoard them instead of increasing spending in the economy... Whoa shocking revelation

I bet that's a conservative and I'm sure it's lower. Tax cuts don't help and never have. There's a reason why the largest growth occured when the new deal was working. Here's advice, govt $ is needed for the commons NOT corporations and pet projects!
