A poll shows that the workplace has gotten worse for younger employees, particularly those under 35 years old.

shows nearly 50% of Americans — and probably more — are "quiet quitting" while on the job.

In addition, Gallup said in the second quarter of 2022, the number of engaged workers remained at 32% but the number of disengaged workers increased to 18%, making the ratio of engaged to actively disengaged employees at 1.8 to 1, the lowest in almost a decade. Notably, Gallup found that the drop in engagement and employer satisfaction was among the remote Gen Z population and younger millennials who are 35 years old and younger. The number has gotten worse during the COVID-19 pandemic. The percentage of engaged employees under the age of 35 dropped by six percentage points from 2019 to 2022. And during the same time, the percentage of actively disengaged employees increased by six points.

Fully remote and hybrid young workers dropped 12 points in strong agreement that someone encourages their development.

Hybrid & remote produced the most non productive generation! Should no longer be an option!!! People need social interaction! There is a reason suicides tripled during pandemic! This generation lost their education, friends and the ability to socialize! Remote work worst thing!

Thank you Joe.

What a horrible expression. 'Quiet Quiting' is just doing the job you were hired to do for the salary you agreed to, and not giving additional free labor to the company to impress anyone. Frankly, that's what most people should be doing. Why should the company expect more?

Quiet quitting

because the older 35 and older make your job worst. plus we literally spend most time at work from family and things that matter. its a sad reality for most. wages ain't worth the intolerable mistreatment

we need your help , mahsaamini was killed in iran due to not wearing hijab properly and now the tyrannical regime killing people for protesting, the regime cut the internet off and now they don’t have access to the internet , please be our voice and spread the words

It’s not quitting at all. Like most things millennial or Gen z, it’s lazy crybabies not wanting to do any work beyond taking photos of themselves for instagram. Have some guys and actually quit.

Entitled brats who are woke and use pronouns? Surprising

Because Now they probably have to meet or exceed company standards. I mean I’m 46 years old and accountability has always been a thing in the workforce. Approximately 15 years ago it seem like companies stop caring about productivity and quality work 🤷‍♂️🙏🌎🇺🇸🙏 we will get it bk.

Quiet quitting? Such a BS excuse. More anti-worker propaganda by then capitalist elites. I keep all my employees motivated and pay well. Try that, instead of propaganda making it seem like it’s the workers fault.

Two reasons from my experience; first new younger employees have an know it’s all attitude, don’t know history of process or the why. Second old stuck in the ways supervisors feel threatened by newer employees with new ideas. Bolton line, lack of leadership from the top!!!

Disturbing video shows man with an axe ‘menacing’ customers at New York McDonald’sPolice responded to the incident they categorized as “menacing” just before 3:00 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 16, according to the New York Police Department. First the Dairy Queen Clown and now this. I’m glad nobody was killed, but these situations are happening more often. Sidenote: as far as public safety is concerned, the argument of carrying guns or weapons in public for “self-defense” is a complete and utter bullshit excuse. Geez. I do believe a small axe 🪓 is still an axe that can kill you.🤷🏽‍♀️ ThePerezHilton

Family says fatal shooting case shows ‘stand your ground’ defense doesn’t work for Black menWilliam “Marc” Wilson was recently convicted of involuntary manslaughter for a shooting that he says was in self-defense against a racist attack on a Georgia highway, and his family and lawyers say the case reveals a racial double standard for “stand your ground” laws. Black privilege Real story is the 17 year old female victim's life wasn't worth crap in this phony black nonsense world, where anyone can claim someone used a word they use 100x a day as justification for murder. And he's lying anyway, he hunted and killed this girl and gets minor sentence.
