This was a road rage killing. He got out of his car and opened fire into the back of a truck killing a teenage girl. That’s why his self defense claim was rejected. His own girlfriend denied the racial slurs claim.

He is lucky he didn't get manslaughter or 2nd degree murder. And every one who carries knows when and when not to shoot And this wasn't the time to shoot. He was reckless and the shooting did not fit stand your ground law. And you made it just about his race as did the lawyer.
