If your sensor can be damaged by a bird your engineering is faulty. If you don't make redundant sensors mandatory for every plane then your liable for the deaths. You can't bribe your way out of this, no matter how many FAA officials you have in your pocket.
MCAS downed the planes not some birds.
A bird hit the sensor? Seriously. That still doesn't excuse the aggressiveness of the MCAS system. It doesn't excuse pilots not being aware of the system prior to LionAir. No excuses. Too much info, pilot overload, no excuse for not telling ALL pilots.
Shame on Boeing！！！ Hundreds of lives.
