Release pressure manually. If some beans are still slightly undercooked, stir, cover, and use the Keep Warm function until cooked through.Beans can be cooked 5 days ahead. Chill in cooking liquid in airtight containers, or freeze in cooking liquid up to 3 months.
The best thing to make in batch? For me, bolognesesauce!
I grew up in the South on Butter Beans. Love them with a lot of bacon, ham, and cornbread. I'm obsessed with green chilis now in a can, these would be great mixed in w/butter beans.
