Wine and Food Week's curated lineup of culinary greats and international wine experts will be back June 5-11 in The Woodlands.
For $95, guests can enjoy a seven-course meal from three of The Woodlands' fine dining restaurants — Back Table Kitchen and Bar, E'terie and Sorriso Italian Kitchen — while sipping on Australian wines with Winebow International wine ambassador Simon Solomon. All-inclusive food samplings will include bites from Alchemy Bake Lab, Back Table, HTX Nitro Creamery, The Butler House, Goya, North Italia, HEB, Infini, Island Fin Poke and The Cheese and Chocolate Queen. Fourteen wineries from Texas to Portugal also attend the event.
Thirst for Knowledge moderator Monique Studak will speak with master sommeliers and wine experts as a four-course meal and wine tasting is served. Speakers include Bludorn and Navy Blue wine director Molly Austad, Post Oak Hotel master sommelier Julie Dalton, Goodnight Hospitality CEO and master sommelier June Rodil and Goose Ridge Estate and Vineyards' Molly Monson-Stutesman.
