Wiltshire: Parents pay tribute to 'happy-go-lucky' son killed in crash while riding toy scooter

The parents of an eight-year-old boy who died after he was hit by a car while playing in Wiltshire have said he was 'the light of our small village'. Police said Lennix Sutcliffe was fatally injured while on a scooter when a driver was pulling into a driveway in Woodland View, Dilton Marsh, at around 4.30pm on Saturday. His parents Jackie and Chris paid tribute to their son after he died at the scene.

He loved Pokemon and his favourite character was Charizard. He was playing today, just playing, taking every ounce of enjoyment that life offered.
