Britons asked to clap for NHS on Sunday to mark 72nd anniversaryCelebration planned for 5pm backed by politicians and head of health service I work for the NHS. I find this clapping an empty gesture now. Instead of clapping, act responsibly (unlike the government). The virus is still with us, please maintain social distancing and don’t crowd into pubs and shops. I’m an ICU nurse. Thanks for clapping I appreciate the support. However, what would support the NHS more than anything else would be for the constituents of tory MP’s keep up pressure on them to fund the NHS with the money it needs to enable us to support patients NHSMillion Lol. At least Ed only had trouble with a sandwich
