Of course, when they are sober they will play the amnesia card. Oh, I don't remember anything, after being nuisance everywhere and making trouble harassing innocent people. Could this be seen as attempted murder and/or would it be counted as manslaughter if they DID die from it ? Jeez what a nasty piece of work.
