We should empty the prisons of all the shoplifters and TV licence + council tax dodgers and fill them up with these bellends. This sort of behaviour should carry a minimum six month sentence, that should keep them locked away until this is over. Well, people do a lot of crazy stuff when they are drunk. Of course, when they are sober they will play the amnesia card. Oh, I don't remember anything, after being nuisance everywhere and making trouble harassing innocent people. Could this be seen as attempted murder and/or would it be counted as manslaughter if they DID die from it ? Jeez what a nasty piece of work.
