M1 live updates as junction 26 crash causes delays with lanes blocked

services have been called out to a crash on the M1 in Nottinghamshire which is causing delays this afternoon. ANottingham Travelwise, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire's traffic control centre, first reported the collision at 12.16pm. Posting to X, formerly known as Twitter, said: "RTC on M1 southbound slip , lanes 2 and 3 of 3 blocked with emergency services in attendance.

"This is leading to delays on the A610 in both directions and the slip road so please allow extra time for your journey or use an alternative route." There are currently delays on the A610 due to the M1 crash.
