Dramatic new footage shows the moment Beirut was torn apart by Tuesday’s massive explosion – from the perspective of a jet skier.

Filmed from just off shore in the Lebanese capital’s port, it just captures the beginning of the explosion, which has left at least 135 people dead, more than 5,000 injured and an estimated 300,000 homeless.
