In fact it is very reminiscent of the 2015 Tianjin port explosions. Chinese scientists subsequently estimated that the second more powerful explosion involved the detonation of about 800 tonnes of ammonium nitrate. So the Beirut blast was about 3.5x more powerful (rough guess)
