House of the Dragon fans may have waited two long years for the show’s second season, but the wait is officially over. Matt Smith, Emma D'Arcy and Olivia Cooke are all back for House of the Dragon season 2, which premiered its first episode on 17th June on both Sky Atlantic and NOW TV, has sent us all into full dragon-mode. Naturally, we have a lot of questions.
In that first season, we met Rhaenyra, the eldest child of King Viserys. She was friends with a girl named Alicent. However, when Rhaenyra's mother died and her father picked her bestie as his new bride, things got a little frosty. After Viserys's death, the two ex-friends became enemies as Rhaenyra challenged Alicent's eldest son, Aegon, for the Iron Throne.
