Fish oil supplements 'little cancer benefit'

Taking omega-3 supplements offers"little to no" benefit against cancer, say experts.

My friend took them for years after hearing they were good for the heart and heart attack prevention. He still had a heart attack aged 44. Lucky he served as we have a great NHS

Funny that. When I stop taking my omega-3 supplements my old bones start aching something rotton. But realistically, were participants given enough?

What a stupid study. One does't take fish oil for no other reasons that to prevent cancer. Do I have to explain this further? I despair that ppl are so dumb.

Since when would you take them for cancer,it's never been a claim from reputable sellers. It contains Omega 3 .

I thought they were supposed to be good for your heart, arteries and brain. Also cholesterol. I don’t take them anyway as I prefer to eat nutritious food.

This study is laughable. No real control on the quantity or quality of the omega-3s being measured. Likely something being pushed by big pharma to try and sell more pharma.
