The dog was found in a critical condition back in October 2022 and was recommended euthanasia by the vets.

A cruel animal abuser has been caged after he left his dog in such a poor condition that it had to be put down.

Torrance, of Sorn Street, Mauchline, also failed to provide suitable living conditions for two other dogs and a cat. "We also made contact with the local housing officer from East Ayrshire Council to gain access to the property to secure the welfare of any animals within.
