The DDoS attacks are continuing and there may be"occasional disruptions" in internet services, says Singapore health tech agency Synapxe.

Synapxe, whose website was also down on Wednesday, supports the operations of 46 public healthcare institutions. These include acute hospitals and polyclinics, as well as around 1,400 community partners such as nursing homes and general practitioners. Backup plans in place for government websites, says Smart Nation group in wake of global Internet outage

Additionally, once internet traffic is cleared by the blocking service, firewalls are in place to allow only legitimate traffic into the network, said the agency.
