PAGASA said Cagayan, including Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Norte and Apayao may experience moderate to heavy rains while Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Cavite, Batangas, Mindoro Provinces, northern portions of Palawan, including Calamian and Cuyo Islands, and the rest of Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley may have to expect for light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains.
"Ineng" is still less likely to make landfall on Philippine territory as it moves north-northwest at 20 kph and head out the country by Saturday evening or Sunday morning, PAGASA said.
