jcpunongbayan Good article on such a dire issue which affects all urban areas in the country. I believe you missed one of the most effective means of regulating traffic: INCREASE TAXES ON CARS. Cars are too cheap in this country. Look to Singapore as a model for taxation of motor vehicles
AGREE... build3x is OK. but Elevated roads is a damn waste of money. in order to elevate roads, you have to close/block lanes below for its columns and ramps. Plus, it looks terrible. Gov't main focus should be on solutions that will encourage people to commute. MMDA DOTrPH
