At the resumed hearing on Wednesday, the Prosecution Counsel slammed ten count charges on Bala Muhammad Inuwa and his Son Bala Inuwa Muhammad Junior with charges bothering on alleged persistent sharing of the N3.2 billion to their cronies. Among those who received the alleged monies were the former Governor Umar Abdullahi Ganduje and the APC National Chairman, Foundation, 'Ganduje Foundation', which allegedly received N30 million.
The Counsel while objecting to the bail application by the defendant's Counsel, Professor Nasiru Adamu Aliyu, said the previous bail he enjoyed was administrative bail because he was not fully charged. However, the Defense Counsel, Professor Nasiru Adamu Aliyu, argued that the Prosecution wants the case to be prosecuted without full facilities of the case, asking the Court to discontinue.
