KOTA KINABALU: A group of Parti Warisan Sabah protem members from Kota Belud have decided to part with the party, saying they are tired of waiting for their official membership to be approved.

Kota Belud protem division chief and delegation head Awang Saleh Makmud said they suspected that their membership had not been approved due to an"elite group" in the party which were preventing newer members from joining the party.

Saleh added that they had waited for over a year, with many still to get their Warisan membership ID number.
