A video of a man injuring another person in a fight went viral on social media, claiming that it happened in Taman OUG. Is this true?

Brickfields OCPD Asst Comm Amihizam Abdul Shukor said in a statement on Jan 8 that an investigation was launched after a video of the Jan 7 incident was posted on social media.

He said the investigation showed that the 58-year-old male victim was injured after he took photos of the suspect’s stall, which he claimed did not comply with conditions in the business licence. “It is believed that the suspect exceeded the space allocated for his stall,” said ACP Amihizam, adding that the suspect then attacked and kicked the victim.“They were called to give their statements, and no arrests were made," he said, adding that they would be charged in a week.
