KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 22 — The Mystery Shopper Program that allows public transport users to air their frustrations to Prasarana Malaysia Berhad was rolled out today as an attempt to improve the country's bus and rail services.

“The main purpose of this initiative is to get transparent views from passengers while using Rapid KL services. “To achieve such objectives, user experience is an aspect that we have to emphasise. This will also be the catalyst that will make public transportation the main choice of the people,” Transport Minister Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong said today during a media conference, adding that feedback from passengers is crucial if the goal is to improve user experience.

The PULSE app currently has 172,813 downloads, 138,005 registrations, and 52,924 active users within the last 30 days.

No need for mystery audit bullshit wahai Rapidkl. ..just do your job. Spend money where it should be and make sure your staff be on the ground all the time.

Need a larger clean comfortable bus fleet with more frequent rides&more bus lanes. Better time schedule during peak hours mornings&evenings so passengers wont have to wait hours&wont be packed like sardines&enjoy their bus ride. No need for ill affordable MRT3 now. khalidkarim
